The Happtiness journey began in 2020, during the first lockdown for Coronavirus. Many people were losing loved ones, people looking and feeling lost, hopeless and helpless, with many people struggling with their mental health and their weight. This lit a fire in the CEO and she decided, as a Psychologist, Nutritionist and Personal Trainer, to do something to help others improve their mental health and physical health.
